I think Napoleon has pretty much destroyed the competition at this point.
------------------

All right, then. This
site may not seem like much, but Napoleon's sure to love the URL. While we're at it, try this one or maybethis one.
And for a complete change of pace, try here.

[This message has been edited by Lord Emsworth (edited 05-16-2001).]

Well, though it isn't really much, I feel obligated to post this, as that if it weren't for ND, I wouldn't know the joys of brain eating.
Brains 4 Zombies
[This message has been edited by webnesto (edited 05-16-2001).]

Every time I try to post an updated score card with "indepth" analysis as to why, something happens to my PC or connection. I guess that's what that guy meant when he called the BLACK FORCES down on me in a chat room...
Anyway I'll try again...
1: Napoleon, for a truly tasteless site.
2: Emsworth, with every posted link, he sems to be tapping in to my own personal zeitgeist.
3: Adsinfinitum, for quantity if not quality. AND for having to suffer the indignity of knowing me.
4: Papa Squishy, if only it had been SPAM LIMERICKS...
5: Michael, we all know who the feeb is here...
6: Boxjam, for um... what did he post again?
7: Webnesto, I'd already seen the link. Sorry, no points. But look on the bright side, no threat of Boston on your horizon...
Austin Wombat would be ranked easily were he not a sponsor.
Wow, it seems to have worked this time. Maybe the dark forces have finally...
------------------

Sigh. I should have quite while I was ahead, but hopefully that didn't hurt me too much, did it? Because I think I'm petering out here. Has a date for ending this contest been decided upon yet?

the contest ends on June 6th as stated in the very first post.
------------------

Building on momentum, try this site. I thought it was quite a bit of fun, for various reasons. Interesting to see this making a comeback after so many years.
[This message has been edited by Lord Emsworth (edited 05-17-2001).]

Quisp!
I totally want to get some. NEAT!

by Lord Emsworth
Yes, now you can order Quisp online!
The flash cartoon on that site is also pretty neat (click the TV screen at the lower right on the main page), produced by John Kricfalusi of "Ren and Stimpy" fame. A fun little mock commercial, filled with bad puns, and remniscent of the original Quisp spots.
I've seen a few of those original Quisp and Quake commercials. Interesting that Quaker is only reviving Quisp, apparently, and not Quake (or for that matter, the later Quangaroos.) Jay Ward of "Rocky an Bullwinkle" fame produced the original commercials for Quaker (also originated the Captain Crunch commercials.) The great Daws Butler, the original voice of Captain Crunch (not to mention Yogi Bear, Huck Hound, and a myriad of other Hanna-Barbera characters, amongst others), was also the original voice of Quisp, using his Jerry Lewis impression. And that's enough trivia for now, I think.
[This message has been edited by Lord Emsworth (edited 05-17-2001).]

Oh, I keep forgetting about this site, which I thought was a bit unnerving. Compares to that "I Liek Milk" page, as an example of really unusual personal web pages (even moreso, I think.) Consider yourself warned.

And Emsworth finally falters...
I've seen it already.
But I Liek Milk still makes me laugh...
I lost the url but "My name Hitoshi. I live in Tokyo, capital city on Japan..."
------------------
