hi all. i just wanted to let everone know that after January 5th Barclay, U.S.A. will be taking a break of sorts. I've written and drawn through the 5th. The comic for the fifth includes a segue (spelling?) into a short story that will begin on January 8th. Text only. I'll run a page or so a day. <P>It just seems that as of late I've been kinda bored and frustrated with what I'm doing and going through (I recently moved and am still getting settled, my girlfriend is moving over soon from Puerto Rico, as well as good old fashioned desire for a temporary change of pace to get the old creativity flowing again). Seeing as how I've already written the short story and chopped it up into serial increments, I'll probably take the time that it runs through to re-energize myself and work on some new comics. <P>So what this means is look for a short story by me starting on the 8th with some new Barclay comics following after. I hope that for those of you who actually read Barclay, you find the story enjoyable and stick around with me through it. If anybody has any comments/suggestions/reactions feel free to post.
