Well...
Considering the title of this arc ("The Mark Has Been Made"), I'm guessing perhaps a glimpse of the future... Perhaps a bad one...
Or perhaps nothing at all, as the artist might want to misguide us once again...
Guess we'll have to wait 'til Wednesday to find out.

Hmm, looks like this girl is moving into the title location from the Lovecraft story 'The Dreams in the Witch-House'. Check out that oddly-angled ceiling.
"Gilman's room was of good size but queerly irregular shape; the north was slanting perceptibly inward from the outer to the inner end, while the low ceiling slanted gently downward in the same direction."

I think, im new to the comic but i read the whole thing in one day and actually got the plot, my god. anyway, i know mirriors. i think its 1 of two things: 1) Jack is standing in the mirrior looking the girl in the face, she runs away and dies in some freak accident, he comes out and takes her for something she did in the past or 2)Fnar pops out and scares the ever living fur out the girl, she runs and dies in a freak accident. jack shows up to find this..hes like "..arg" and takes her for something in the past.
