Hrm, I wonder what he means by that actually.

That it's relatively free of talents?

Or that there's a large amount of free floating energy there?

Actually, It has to do with the fact part of my family now resides in Brazil (the Joke being that this was done so he escape family Plotting).

I have Nothing against Brazil. I luff Brazil. Just not the Filo de Dentale.
