Aww, it was just a sleep lock. Here I was giving Amanda all the credit too, pooh.

This all does bring up an interesting concept...ASCII seemed to expect something like this happening, doesn't that suggest that perhaps he came up with the concept hoping to do something similar with Dr. Leon before he had his heart broken?

A virtual mickey, it appears. Though it seems either he expected them to lose track of time, or programmed into his test to make sure they did.

when you're a genius you tend to out smart everyone even yourself. he expected that they would outsmart him and left a way to catch them if they did.

Yes, although now I'm almost wishing I'd had her say "after what I did to you" or something equally vague which coulda left it open to the interpretation that she really did screw him into utter overheated immobility.

If I understand the term 'mickey' is to mean the then popular 'date rape' drug, the song Mickey is the one I'm thinking of.
