perhaps he loves Keer just as much too. Maybe he thinks that Twap has permanently abandoned him, and that Keer is the only one left who will love him. Who knows? Only time(and Gloria) will reveal Xe's motives. Until then we can only speculate.

It could be because Xe doesn't know about Twap yet. I don't think misha has even told erin the full story.

It makes sense for Xe to be looking for Keer. He's already convinced himself that Twapa isn't coming back. I think there's something more going on here, though. He isn't asking if anyone knows what Twapa is up to, or if she left any clue as to where she went.

I'm surprised that no one has picked up on the change in Xe's demeanor yet. When has he ever acted aggressively, as when he grabs Erin by her lapels and growls "Don't push it" at her? I expected Apollo to miss it, since he's oblivious to most stuff like that. Misha is still recovering from his own head wound, so I don't expect him to be that sharp. Erin seems to be on to something in the last panel, but not what I expected. It's obvious that Xe has suffered a blow to the head here, and it seems to have altered his personality. I wonder if it's a reversion to his old self or just erratic behavior due to the concussion. The other question is whether it will be a temporary effect, or a permanent change in his personality.

Yes, but it's not like Xe to act aggressively like that. That's what's so odd about his behavior. That, and he doesn't seem surprised to see Erin and Apollo (let alone Misha, who's supposed to on another continent!) in Furriston. Yet, he's going to Fursdale to find Keer, even though these are the only people it's logical for him to go and visit there.
