Hi there.
When I first whored our site out about a month ago, I was cautioned that I should perhaps have waited until our site had some more meat on its digital bones.
Since then, the site has had about 891 hits, and the month isn't even over yet. We're averaging nearly 40 hits a day, and I'm pretty happy about that. Not bad for a debutante like us, eh?
Anyhoo, I've been saying US because it truly is "Us" now. My esteemed partner has truly added an exponent of two to the stuff on there. I fel the time is ripe to try and kindle yet more ineterst in the shite we proudly call our comics. So, here we go again:Introducing PROTEAN COMICS V2.0!
New Features:
- Really Really REALLY Cheesy!
In the grand tradition of the Subcomics of Bob and George fame, Gil (Webmaster and God) has added his spritely comic to the Protean lineup! Androids! Dinosaurs! Stupid special effects! Drug-Addled Plotlines! it's all there folks!
- Message Boards!
We now have the obligatory set of message boards where you can discuss, jeer, praise, kvetch, wax, pine, and pontificate on the chosen subject to your hearts content! In fact, we have a grand total of four message boards! One for each comic, one where you can see Gil and myself offer up juicy bits of news, inside gossip and sling mud and filth at one another like monkeys trained to fling their own feces at one another for the perverse pleasure of onlookers (Only with less dignity), and one that spotlights my oh-so-hunble personal wesbite. Get over there already!
- New comics. Every. Single. Day!
What more need be said? Turing's Folly on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. RRRC on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Both on Sundays! You have no excuse to hit us seven times a day!
