It looks as though they're decietfully trying to spring the gods of yiff on the Mayoral Couple unawares!

Unless of course the covered the giant boinkberries when they told them about it in the first place, i'm not sure.

But... Kit & Kay briefed Mr. & Mrs. Mayor completely about what
has taken place in their lives (in the first part of the story)! It
WOULD be sneaky of them to spring such a surprise upon them
after their petulant little tantrum.
