I know the names Boxjam.. Mrs Boxjam.. Little Boxjam.. Boxjamina.. But how come other names are randomly inserted? Like, Elizabeth, Harold, Charels David or something to that effect.

There's no Harold - Hudson? That's because that's his name.
'Mina is short for BoxJamina.

BoxJam called himself 'Charles Foster BoxJam' when he considered running for president of the PTA.
I suspect, though, that he's actually drawing that from something other than his actual name (which we have seen, on forms, to be BoxJam B BoxJam, I think). Is it Citizen Kane that inspired our would-be master of the PTA? I have not seen it in a while.
