Your comic must also have at least 20 pages or strips archived. If you started your comic out in B&W or greyscale that's fine as long as your most recent 20 pages/strips are in colour.
You also need to place the following dropdown codes on either your main page (preferable) or your links page.
There is a minimum standard of quality for the dropdown. The bar isn't very high, but if your comic makes my eyes hurt or is unreadable due to poor font choice then you might be turned down. A coherent storyline for non-episodic comics would be nice too.
