Computer problems for glytch

Problem #1)
Comp crashes all the time. I can't move the mouse, or Ctrol+Alt+Delete my way out without rebooting...<P>Problem #2)
Norton says There are X amount of clusters in Y amount of chains (x and y = anywhere between 2-602) that are corrupted are no longer usable...it doesn't matter if I save it as a file to be ignored or try to delete the secotrs they are still being used...<P>problem #3)
The drivers for my CD ROm and CD Burner are no longer installed for some reason. SO, even though i have boot disks I can't boot off of them, becuase the drivers aren't installed....<P>The computer itself is an HP Pavillion 8655C, Pentium III processor...<P>If you need anything else...feel free to contact me at: glych@msn.com<P>-glych<P>------------------
