it is better to admit that you are wrong and be right about it, then it is to admit that you are right and be wrong about it.

or am i wrong?

Oh, but there's a lot of talk about perspectives!

One person, bless her heart, thought a computer mouse was a foot pedal.

Now, I know we like to think that all perspectives are equal; but, some perspectives are wrong!

Myself, I often find it difficult to see something from less than three perspectives at once.

P.S.: The second step to being right is to admit the possibility that you are wrong.

i keep an open mind for three reasons
1 i could be wrong

2 someone else could come up with a good idea, the fact that i am a fan of more then i have created is evidence of this. i didn't create UtLT but it is still a great idea!

3 how can i expect someone else to be open minded enough to tollerate my presence if i'm too closed to tollerate theirs

Blastech: I know it was a bit misplaced to use Hitler in my argument, but it is imperative that we remember that the men who commited the terrible attrocities during WW2 (during any war actually) were normal human beings. The executioners from the consentration camps were normal family fathers, with kids, whom they loved. I believe that we honor those who died by portraiting their torturers as human beings, because they were. It is an important lesson for the world to remember that normal people are capable of commiting murders and torture on other people. We must make sure that this never happens again, that is why we have to remember the more human sides of evil people.

No matter what, human beings are able to commit terrible deeds. Sometimes while under pressure, sometimes by their own designs.
But it is important to remember that all of us have hidden evils inside us, theoretically we are able to commit the same deeds as the prison-wardens in the consentration camps, just look at the whole Abu Graib affair, or the Balkan war.

All in all, human beings are animals, smart animal perhaps, but animals nonetheless. The instincts which reside inside each of us should never be ignored, they are to be seen for what they are and kept in check.

With regards to this discussion, I would like to close it up. This has ended up with being a yelling contest, which niether the participants nor the spectators should be served with. It has been fun to discuss about morals and values and I would like to thank each and every one who has participated, it has been very inlightening.

Also I would like to apologice to any who have been insulted by the content in my posts, to throw curse-words after one-another should not be the basis for a reasonable discussion. Sorry.

my middle brother tried anchovies on his pizza once,

said they were too salty.

and you want to try them on ICE CREAM?!

are you desperate? insane? really odd flavor oriented? or are you trying

to build another sub-plasma-multi-positroid-ultra-thermo-anti-photonic

warhead again?

Post by KeeCoyote »

You know the Japanese are king of weird flavors for pizzass and Ice cream.
and Think Australians come second with musk flavored lifesavers. Musk is a perfurme not a food additive :)
