What's wrong with the "Yerf" site?

It's been down for weeks now.

It's been down for weeks now.

DNS trouble at Global Crossing. The Yerf server is still up, but browsers can't translate "yerf.com" into 204.152.186.33 because the servers responsible for that are no longer working.

Relevant post from Yerf's "News" message board:

Yerf was down due to a DNS outage. The primary DNS host for them suddenly decided they didn't want to host for us anymore.

Unfortunately, getting this resolved with the registrar for Yerf, Verisign, is a terrible pain. They work like a brick and mortar company, where a 72 hour turn around time is acceptable. 72 hours is about the equivalent to a year in digital terms.
