Thelma seems to be ignoring Tuck and doesn't seem too happy about his questions (duh!).
The fact that she is running to the showers without giving him any answer is a very bad sign.
I just hope that Tuck's threat hasn't backfired and made Thelma decide to break things off before she gets hurt by Tuck.

I don't think Ralph is that evil.
Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

She's hot and sweaty from her match and needs to think about what she was going to tell him now instead of later. Being distracted would be a natural consequence considering the circumstances. She needs a few 'private' moments to get her thoughts in order.
Honesty is the best policy, but insanity is a better defence.

In addition to the above, keep in mind that for something like a head-to-head wrestling match (even a choreographed one), one must get worked up into a certain state of mind, primed to face the opposition and put on a good showing for the screaming fans. Such a mental state is probably not the most amenable to having a conversation with one's love to explain a few things, and Thelma probably needs a few minutes to "come down" to a state where she can properly discuss such things with Tuck.
I dont' think she plans to dump Tuck or anything like that. But after the way he convinced her to enter the beauty contest, I doubt she feels any guilt for taking matters in a different direction than he had expected.

Knowing that your sweatheart can reach such a state is, in and by itself, enough to put off many a man - thougth I doubt that Tuck will be.mwalimu wrote:Such a mental state is probably not the most amenable to having a conversation with one's love to explain a few things, and Thelma probably needs a few minutes to "come down" to a state where she can properly discuss such things with Tuck.
Hmm...I wonder if seeing the broad changes that are possible in Thelma, and fearing the possibility of losing her, if Tuck decides to propose to Thelma?

Ralph has such a creative touch I have a feeling we may be all surpised.
What I want to know is with such prowess on her part how did Tuck carry Thelma to the photo shoot in the first place? She could (should?) have beat the crap out of him.
