This isn't nearly ready for prime time yet, but:
I'm working on an experimental mirror site for ROCR. It will be on
http://xepher.net/~rocr and while simpler than the Keenspace site, it will at least have automation so I will once again be able to show people the latest strip when Keen is down. I'm in close contact with the guy who writes the PHP script used, and if enough of my suggestions are taken up, I may switch ROCR over to a PHP-based system entirely.

It's getting pretty close to being workable now. Anyone who has the time and the patience is invited to come over and check the archives - the parts that are there already - for faults and bugs.
One thing that I already know is that some images in the recent storyline are missing. This has to do with file support for multiple file types in one day's comic has yet to be added. My loyal coder is working on it:)

I was a little overoptimistic. The site now shows multiple comments but no multiple images at all (unlike the previous beta)

and the arrow "go-to-the-first-strip"
isnt working, it sends me to the last one!

Actually, this seems the perfect place to me. Bug tracked down and squashed. Will be reflected in the next, and last, beta. Which ships to Reinder later today.

Kerrap! That was one bug that *i* could have fixed, and did in fact spot and fix in the previous beta. I really should be more careful with my testing practices.
Anyway, with Keen being down intermittently all day, it's great to have an automated mirror site. Eventually, it'll be able to do some tricks that Keen can't....

Thank you so much, on Geir's behalf as well as my own.
And don't worry about pointing out errors! I want to be whacked over the head with any error that people find, so I can go and fix it/have Fredirc fix it. That includes things like the omission of "Guðrún" in today's caption - which is now also fixed and for which I apologise:)
