My references

Post by EmergencyExit »

Especially for difficult scenes I live off of collecting drawing references. I've probably studied like 30 different photos of squirrels for this storyline. It can be hard to find references for poses you want though, and Google Image Search can be annoying as heck to work with. I also love Stock Photo Galleries.

To get what I wanted for the last panel in the newest comic, I combined two images to use as my drawing reference. It strangely came out how I wanted it to, and I found the photo humorous and thought I'd share it. The lengths NJ goes sometimes.

Yeah, what he said.

Clearly that approach has paid off.

Stop fighting!

Only about three more pages of the Saya VS Squirrel fight, it's almost over. I'm hoping I didn't bore too many people with it going on as long as it did.
