Site Index Not Displaying

Hey there fellow-comic-people, there is something strange going on with my site.

The main page is displaying as a plain white page, at the top of which are the following characters:

Now, at first I thought it was because the system was updating as I read about that happening, but I've checked other people's sites and they all seem to be working. I also have done nothing different to what I did last week and it seemed to work then. Also, every other page on the site seems to be working fine. I haven't "re uploaded" the index file or anything yet as I'm at work as of writing this and can't.

There is a possiblity that by the time anyone reads this it'll be sorted or be fixed or whatever, but if not I would RE-HE-HE-HE-HEARLY like some help with this.
