Tutorials? Can't really help ya.

You'll need to get yourself a GIF-animating program, then the process will depend on the program. I've got "Microsoft GIF Animator" (yaaay for free programs), which is fairly basic, but also fairly easy to use... you just create a bunch of gifs in another program (Photoshop, for me), then you can string them together in the Animator.

I've tried several free gif animators and found them to be lacking. I'm sure that there are some good, free ones around but I haven't found any.

A good place to look is download.com because you can search for your OS, price ranges and it tells you which software is free and which ones require payment of some kind.

I have PhotoShop / ImageReady, so if you want I can make them for you. All you need to do is make the images that you want to show up (all the same size) and I can assemble them for you.

You'll have to switch those to .gif format if you want them to work (as opposed to jpg)

You didn't specify the timing, so I made three different versions: feel free to use them as you wish.

Version one:

Version two:

Verison three:

However, isn't this copyrighted material?

Making animated .gifs is really simple.

With Photoshop, you make a multi-layered .psd file. Each layer is a frame in your animation. Once you've made all the layers to your liking, go to the file menu and select Jump To > ImageReady

In ImageReady, you'll need your animation and layer windows open. (They are by default.) You should see the first frame (Which I think will be the active layer when you jumped to the program.) which you can change by selecting a layer. Then you'll have to duplicate the frame, which will look exactly the same, but you can change it by selecting the next layer in the layer window.

Keep doing this until you have made all the frames, adjust the timing to your liking, etcetera, and voila!

Is ImageReady a program you have to go and buy, download for a price, or just a downloaded program?

Imageready is a part of Photoshop. Just click on the bottom of the toolbar to open it. I'm not sure if you can buy it seperately.

Dark_valor625: make sure that you save the version that you want to use (or all three) and upload it to a host that you wish to use.

I'll be deleting them from my account in a day or so. 8-)

The bookmark will point to where they are now. Once I remove them, the bookmark will point to where they were, and you'll get a 404.

ImageShack is great, but it won't let you display images here.

I suggest signing up for Ripway as you get a decent hit of bandwidth, and you can host pretty much any type of file (images, html, php, video, etc) - of course with some limits. The best thing about ripway is that you can live-edit the files (while they are on their servers) which lets you run scripts and things not possible on other hosts.

For example, Streamload will give you 25Gb's of on-line storage (free!) with heaps of bandwidth, but the files will only stream (video / audio) or download (other types). It's a great host for basic stuff and you might be interested in if you want a basic host.

There's also Maj which is pretty good. Like imageshack but you have your own account.

Since you already have a photobucket account, you may as well use that...

Edit: since you've already saved them, I'll take them off my account.
