I was going to send off an e-mail reply...but it said to post here.
5 days ago. (less than 120 hours ago going by the created dates of the images I created for the new site.) I came back to keenspace and uploaded a new index page for my site - in the process of this I deleted my old archive (everything in the /d/ and /comics/ folders as well as most images and webpages.) so that I could sort through the old comic archive and delete the ones which are not needed any more - back before I left I had comics which were done by some of my friends in the archive as well as some comics I believe are best forgotten about. (I will just say they were bad and lets get part it.)
My site has just been deleted.

You'll need to be more specific if you want us to help you. What exactly is the problem? What exactly did you do, and what have you tried?
I suggest you make sure your index page is properly labeled (indextemplate.html) and in the workspace folder (not workspace/webpages). Run an index update in siteadmin, and it should reappear within the hour.

Ech, yeah, then it got purged due to bad timing. What the removal script does is look to see if your account is older than X date and if it has 3 or fewer comics in it. It doesn't run all the time, Kisai has to trigger it to start, and you just got caught in it. This is why the advice to people who want to delete their comic site is to remove all comics and /d/ pages from their site.
You can register for the same username again, though.

thanks for your help...I have just re-signed up...looking through the sign up page it says there that any comic older than 90 days with less than 3 comics will be deleted...I will upload at least 3 comics with in the first 5 days just to make sure this does not happen again...and I will remember this.

That last comment really needs a smiley or something. The way it's written (I read it) as some super-villan vowing revenge after being thwarted.
...and I will remember this!
or the "ok, it's cool now"
...and I will remember this.
or the "ah, I see now"
...and I will remember this...
or the "you will pay for your disrespect" rant
...and I will remember this!!!
Okay, I really need more sleep. . . .
