AFAIK, it's *yes*, as long as the mandatory advertisement is always on top of the page.

It's allowed, but you have to be careful that you don't violate the new advertiser's ToS. What company do you want to use for ads? If it's GoogleAds, those are fine. If not, I'll look into it and let you know.
