Hi, it's me again.

After an update yesterday, my comic stopped updating. I uploaded two items to the /workspace/comics directory, 20050304.jpg and 20050304.txt; hit the regular update button afterwards.

About 6-7 hours later, I tried to connect via FTP to upload some stuff again. Here's what I got from my client:

Status: Connected with hopscotch.keenspace.com. Waiting for welcome message...
Error: Disconnected from server
Error: Unable to connect!

When I tried to connect to the siteadmin utility, I recieved a generic "Internal Server Error" message. So this could be a global problem - but hey, I gotta be sure.

My site can be accessed via http://hopscotch.keenspace.com. The image/text on the page are ones that should have been corrected after my upload yesterday, if things didn't fubar.

Browsers are IE 6.0 and Mozilla 0.9. FTP clients used are FileZilla 2.2.9 and IE (ZOMG!).

Argh. FTP and Siteadmin are down. I'm trying to find the Admins, but none of them are availabe at the moment.

I'm having the exact same problem. At first I thought it was because my wirelessinternet connection is crappy all around, but then I saw three consecutive threads saying almost the exact same thing. Better to say it here than start a worthless thread, right?

Yeah, I can't get into my FTP either...
I figured my comp was just messing with me... (it took evil-lessons from the HAL 9000) T_T

Ok, the good news is: Thanks to Mercury Hat who caught hold of Kisai and Kelly who's online now, Siteadmin and FTP are now back up.

The bad news is: there is a mother to end all queues of an update queue (6000+) so your comics might be a bit late. It's a pain and all, I know, but hang on in there, it should go down in time.

As of 10:20pm EST, I cannot connect via FTP... I get the message "Connection timeout. No response from server." Could be because everybody's trying to connect...
