Major problem with my updates...

I have a month and a half worth of comics uploaded into my FTP folders starting at about may 6th or something like that. Problem is, it hasn't updated dispite my numerous manual updates and even checking the "change Keenspace data" page to see if I was missing something. Everything looks like it should. But nothing is working. Please help somebody!

could you please hit http://cerror.keenspace.com/cgi-bin/mem ... serdata.pl and fix your information?

I think your members page is broken.

I'm having a similar problem in that I've been uploading comics to workspace for a bit and not getting any kind of resultant update- i've done countless manual updates and fiddled with my memberpage to no avail.

I've just tried the the changeuserdata doodah and it claims my username(wishfulthinking) doesn't exist- but it quite clearly does, as I've accessed the site via http and logged into the ftp in the last half hour.

Help!

Please try http://cerror.keenspace.com/cgi-bin/mem ... serdata.pl

The difference between the one at cerror and the one at siteadmin is that this one will allow you to fix your information if it's completely missing, providing you can log-in. (Which you should be able to do if you have a valid account and didn't change the password in the prior 24hours)
