Forward/backward buttons

Okay.... I have the ***first_day*** ***last_day*** tags on my index site... and they work!!! But... According to the tagtorial, if you have pictures in your workspace/images folder titled first_day.gif etc then the button is supposed to appear on your site. I just have plain text links. Any ideas????

I don't actually have any comics up yet... just some placeholder pics.

The images won't show up unless you have a previous/next/first comic to goto...

So you need to try them with more then one comic up.

they also have to be named all lowercase letters.

hmm.. i also can't get my next / previous / first / last buttons to load .. i have more than one comic up .. all of the images are titled exactly like they tell you to title 'em in the tagtorial .. it is a mystery.

They aren't gif's.

They are missing the Gif89a header, autokeen rejects broken images.

Renaming your .bmp images doesn't make them gifs, you actually need to save them as such. If you need a program to do that, I suggest either <a href=http://www.xnview.com/>XnView</a> or <a href=http://irfanview.tuwien.ac.at/english.htm>InfranView</a>.
