Reader(s) having trouble with seeing new comics

Heya Admins,
There is a small problem with my site. It is not widespread, and probably nothing to do with the actual keenspace server.
A reader of mine is not able to see the latest updates to my site. It seems perpetually stuck on last Tuesday's comic. The new comic shows up fine on my computer, and on other computers that I have tried it on. She has cleaned the cache and the history, pressed "refresh" on her browser numerous times and is still unable to view the new comic.
She /does/ live in Canada, tho I can't imagine how that would be effecting her. Could be, though.
Any thoughts anyone?

I have found that I have to be careful when bookmarking a comic. ( such as reading through archives all the way through the current one, and bookmarking it.) when I bookmark the page that the final comic is on it seems to have only bookmarked that particular comic and will only open that.
Did your reader bookmark your homepage? Or the "latest comic"?
Of course, I could just be out of my mind.
