Recover old password/ site deletion

Greetings,
So I have gone to this url: http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080/ ... ssword.cgi
I have sent the password reset but I never receive an email with the activation code even though it says it sent successfully. I think it's been nearly 15 years since i last logged on but I want to delete the old site.
Anyone have any ideas?
