Everything's gone

Post by Chris Read »

I used net2ftp to log into my site to add more comics and discovered everything is gone! Yet my comic page and all the comics are still up. What's going on here?

It's possible that there might be something wrong with net2ftp right now. Have you tried a different ftp client?

I just tried IE and it kept telling me it didn't like the password I put on it when I tried to switch it to the mode where I could drag the files into it. After a few dozen tries it finally let me in. This has happened twice so far.

I just discovered the same issue.

Net2FTP let me log in, but has no files, and then gave me the error message that I cannot log in with my username.
I logged in a second time with the same credentials, and again found no files.
I checked and deerme.comicgenesis.com is still there, with its latest update (Friday, Dec 26, 2014).

I have not yet checked whether I can use other FTPs.

Net2FTP appears to be back and working again now.

Net2FTP is down again. Does anyone know of another place like it?

I always used Filezilla or other installed FTP clients rather than a hosted option. Any particular reason you prefer Net2Ftp?
