It's been about a week since I've been able to access my site through FTP. I have no problems with other sites using the same program, so it must be the fault of this site. Is there anything that can be done, or do I just wait an eternity?

What address are you trying to connect to?
What errors are you getting?<P>I use <B>ftp.keenspace.com</B> and so far, there's been no problems.<P>------------------

Yep. The first few days, I had no problem, but recently, it just won't work. I just don't get it...

What FTP program are you using, and what does it say when you can't connect?

I use Crystal FTP. The message says "Status : Connecting to ftp.keenspace.com. Please wait ..."
But it never does, even if I wait ten minutes or so.
But it works fine when I try to use it for, say, geocities.

I ftp into prettymagic.keenspace.com (
ftp://prettymagic.keenspace.com) and it works fine. Try using your url the same way with your usual log in info.<P>------------------
