Huh. I was having problems logging into the webstats area yesterday, but today I was able to get in as usual. Login is medialia if you need it.

sixdragons: It should all be there in your /public_html/comics folder. Check it all, it may be saved, with the exception of the templates.

mundanenirvana: Can you PM me with your full name, your email address, and your postal address? Don't post it here. I keep having to mallet spammers scraping addresses...

Everyone who *STILL* can't see their logs: Let me know here *again*. We have a daily updater for those logs and if you can't get into them after 24 hours, you probably have a different problem.

alwayslazy: Are you talking about Siteadmin:8080 or the Members logs page?

I just received my ComicGenesis account, but it refuses to let me log in. The generated email told me to go to gear.comicgenesis.com, but whenever I enter my user ID and password, I get this:

Error_login

Click_return_login

Click_return_index

What should I do?

My user ID is "forumd".

I am unable to login to Comic Genesis (I have yet to even get to the control panel).

I login once and it asks me to login again and then it makes it seem like my name doesnt exist. I have emailed to the appropriate people about this and have yet to get a reply. Overall I havent got a reply about any technical difficulties since a month or so ago.

Until then my comic remains at a stand still.
