Ruxi, try it one more time, and check your junk folder. If your on AOL, though, you may not receive them. I have to talk to Nate about that situation.

Okay...I requested a new password for samsdiner:

"E-Mail has been sent

Password changes to FTP and siteadmin take effect immediately,
password changes to members.keenspace.com take effect at 2AM"

Does the E-mail arrive instantaneously or does it take a while for it to be delivered?

You should get it within five to 30 minutes, depending on your ISP.

Once you activated the new password, the message you read takes effect.

I'm on gmail.com and I still haven't gotten a password.

Should I get a Yahoo Email and try that, instead?

Signup completed, check username status
Username not found.

I signed up only a few days before the error started to happen, so I never got to recieve a password or anything. n_n; I'm really not sure what's going on or what to do.

Comic Data OK, registered as newtraditionalists.keenspace.com with domain as newtraditionalists.keenspace.com
Emails OK
Domain OK: newtraditionalists.keenspace.com

Having FTP problems though...it won't let me in.

I just use internet explorer...using FlashFXP now and it's working! Strange, as IE has worked for the past 2 1/2 years...

OK, it's been 12 hours since my most recent attempt -- no activation e-mail as of yet. It's definitely not an issue of my e-mail server (Yahoo) because I'd changed and activated my password from the default one I'd received (yes, that pass worked beautifully until the crash) and I remember getting the activation e-mail three minutes after the request itself. *sighs*

If anyone's got any suggestions, I'm pretty much willing to kiss the ground you walk on. *grins* And needless to say, many thanks to all the cool people who've offered their support and advice![/quote]

Ruxi, Sam's_Diner? Can you PM me with your comic usernames and email addresses?

Signups take at least 7 to 10 days to clear. If you are past that point and haven't gotten any word of creation, give me a PM with your username and email address, and I'll look -- I get the creation emails too as a backup.

I am having the same sort of problems.

Web site won't load in a browser (DNS error). Cannot access the FTP server via third party software (using the web based FTP via gear.keenspace.com works fine). I CAN log into siteadmin and the status checks out fine.
