Okay, we're now on a different problem relating to the SQL server that has all our info. We are chasing an out-of-memory problem. Right now it's up and working.

If you check the utility (put your username into the second box) it should do this:
18576: Username OK, found on Keenspace_Butch
Comic Data OK, registered as haypenny.keenspace.com with domain as haypenny.keenspace.com
Emails OK
Domain OK: haypenny.keenspace.com
On the other hand if you see this:
18080: Username OK, found on Keenspace_Butch
Comic NOT OK, missing:
STOP, report.
Username OK = You can access FTP
Comic OK = You can access the updater
IF you see TWO usernames and ONE comic, then there is a problem. I'm running a dupecheck right now, but after it runs, it will probably reset the password on any duplicates because it will remove the oldest duplicate.
Emails OK = you should be able to reset your password as we have an email on file. NOTE, just because we have your email on file, doesn't mean it works.
Domain OK = It should be resolving. Note this will show all the domains registered.
On the other hand , there are two other boxes
Check_signup only if you want to know if your signup is pending or created.
Check password will verify that the password you used is used on our system ... um somewhere. It will not say who since that would allow people to dictionary attaack everyones site.
