Help?

Just after getting the login for my webcomic I was creating a new Indextemplate.htm file, unfortuneately while using the FTP thing I managed to accidentally delete index.htm in the public HTML directory (I'm still kicking myself over this). I've tried doing an update thing, both "index.htm only" and a full update and it doesn't appear to be working.

And um... help?

A username or link would be good so we could take a look

Deleting public_html/index.html shouldn't matter, a regular or index only update will recreate it.

Tho' I can't tell from here, I'm willing to bet that the problem is caused by a missing 'l'. KeenSpace is quite fussy about its naming conventions (and even fussier about capitalization) - your template must be indextemplate.html, and the same goes for your daily template too.

it's icff.keenspace.com

Whenever I try to look at it I just get the directory thing.

ouch, you're down one symlink (magical "files" on the server that the updater relies on). Unfortunately you can't restore it yourself. E-mail help@keeenspace.com for "offical-ness"
