Same thing's happening to mine. I hand-coded my important main pages, but I have a change on the dailytemplate.html, too. I don't have the time or the patience to hand-code 100+ pages of HTML.
Sigh...someone please fix it, so I can stop fretting and go to bed!!
(^-^)
Kaichi Satake

Same here. The latest strip gets moved from the /workspace/comics directory to the /publichtml/comics directory, but none of the HTML pages update, meaning yesterday's comic is up, but today's is ready and waiting. I rewrote the index.html as a temp fix (and I hated to do it).
Same problem at chopping block, I went ahead and looked at today's strip by entering the URL to the actual image (can't miss my CB!), and it worked, but the index shows the last strip.

I have tried for the last hour, but it will just NOT update from Thursday to Friday, even though it has taken my Friday comic and placed it in the public_html bin as it usually does...
It just doesn't seem to want to generate an indexpage for it!
Why is it doing this???
------------------

I wish Keen were decent enough to let us know if there's a problem and when are they planning on fixing it. Isn't that what the admin mailing list is for?
This kinda thing is exactly why every cartoonist I know gets the hell out of Keen the minute he/she can move anywhere else. Sometimes even before that.
Me, I love keen. I already turned down one offer to be hosted somewhere else. But seriously. This is fu**ed up right here.

...and then sometimes they never find out b/c 200 people complain, but not one does so to someone who can fix the problem.
------------------

Fair enough. I'll be mailing a randon Keen master right away. Knowing them, though, they'll get back to me in, say, two weeks?
Also, my signature had a typo-infested link in it. Fixed now. I think.

You're right, I wasn't aware of the problem. I don't get to the message boards as often as I'd like to.
Unfortunately, Nate is gone for the weekend and won't be able to do anything about it until Monday. I'm sure he'll fix whatever it is as soon as he gets back.
I sincerely apologize for all the problems this is causing everyone. Thanks for your patience. It's really appreciated.
Smiles,
Teri

Stupid, stupid, stupid!
How could I stop reading the Help Center.
It's willing to transfer my comics from workspace to public_html, but the problem is in the creation of a new index page or a page for the last comic. If that helps.
------------------
Alright, so I have nothing to say. Did we really need this space to prove it?

Well, it's Monday and I still can't update.
Granted, I'm a day ahead of you americans, but still, I'm one week behind on my updates.
This bites.
Here's hoping when they fix it they'll send a notice in the admin mailing list. I really hate having to keep trying just to see if its fixed already.
Grrr.
------------------

My comic isn't updating either (grabs side of head and adds, "And I don't know WHYYYYY!")
Seriously, though...I'm pretty sure I'm not doing anything super stupid, and I did write Nate as the error told me to. Just hoping it gets resolved, and I appreciate any attempts to do so.
Best,
------------------

Seems the old problem is only fixed for some, and/or is coming back...
------------------
