I am afraid I am stumped. I recently got a new hard drive for my computer, which meant starting fresh with all of my passwords and log-ins. Thanks to having saved an older e-mail I still have my ComicGenesis password, and I'm sure it still works because I'm able to use it to access siteadmin, but the same log-in doesn't work when I try to access it through FireFTP (and I even tried a couple of other FTP programs). I get a password error:
331 User Idget OK. Password required
PASS (password not shown)
530 Login authentication failed
Unable to make a connection. Please try again.
Might my FTP log-in be different? If so, I'm afraid I don't have it anymore; could I have it reset? Or am I not using the correct settings? I'm using idget.comicgenesis.com as the host.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

The site admin username/ password should be the same as the FTP ones. but a few other people have had this same issue (able to access site admin but not ftp)
first make sure the protocal is set to FTP on the ftp program, this messed me up a few times. other wise you may have to reset your password here
