Can't get my website going [Solved]

my website is 404 not found and forbidden, I haven't done everything right obviously. I just wanna know what I do to get the site working for me, I've gotten to the point where I'm adding the comics to be updated and now I wanna know what to do next... unless 've missed something important I should've read.

No clue, I waited it out and it just started working a week later.
