FTP Problems (Still) [Solved]

I still have not been able to log into the FTP for Parallax Beginnings since the crash a while back.


I use Filezilla 3.3.2.1

This is as far as I ever get, however, I can log into site admin...

SiteAdmin and FTP use separate passwords.

With your current FTP username and password, can you log into your comic via CG's WebFTP?

If you can, there is an issue with Filezilla - try another version or another ftp program.

If you can't, then there is an issue with your password.

Are you trying to use the SiteAdmin password? That'll be the same as your forum username and password, but not the same as your FTP password.

If you still have access to the original email that you signed up with, then you can change / create an FTP password. See this page for details on changing your FTP password.
