The best place to go is the comicgenesis Wiki which has tutorials and walkthroughs set up and waiting. The addy is http://cgwiki.comicgenesis.com.

There are FAQs, templates, tutorials, walkthru's, etc... there, so just start reading. It'll be the best and quickest way to learn about the CG system and how it works. Then, if you can't find an answer there or have a question after reading, hit up the forum. It will be a lot easier to understand people's advice after knowing a little about the server and the update system it uses.
