How do I block a potentially offensive ad?

I was checking on my comic this morning and I noticed an ad at the top that some of my readers might find offensive.

How do I make sure this ad, and nothing from the people responsible for this ad appear onmy comic again?

I've never done this but I've read it explained. You need to download a version of Firefox with a DOM inspector, run it on the ad, and email the results to keenspot at keenspot dot com. At least that's what I get from this thread:

If keenspot agrees it's not appropriate for your comic's rating, it should get blocked.
