Trouble uploading comic

I logged in okay, chose tomorrow's Lab Bratz comic from my hard drive, but when I click "send file", the blue activity bar in the address stops only about half an inch in, and won't go any further. I've logged out and back in, but it didn't help. It accepted my "b" file, which was only text, but not my "a" file (jpeg). I checked the size of the file (220kb), but that's normal.

Help?
