Banner Ad Question (admin please!)

While doing some updates to my site design, and I came across this new design on a keenspot comic (http://www.crfh.net/). Since that's a pretty nifty integration of the banner ad, I was wondering if such things are allowed to us comicgenners. That is, building the comic title/banner/logo around the advertisement.

As I couldn't find anything specific about ad placement (other than "prominent location and at the top) in any of the official materials, I'm hoping an admin can answer my question!

Sure you can do that. All it takes is a bit of HTML skill.

What the ad script looks for is that ***advertisement*** is placed above the ***todays_comics*** tag. Just so long as you don't obscure the ad in any way, you can integrate it into your design. Faub has done something similar with his design, for example.
