I cant update(?)

Hey guys, it's been a long time since I updated my comic, what with exams and starting uni etc. i've finally got round to uploading a few strips and a whole new layout, but when I hit to update, [i]almost[/i] nothing happened. Can anyone explain why? I havn't done anything to the site since before keenspace became comicgenesis. Is this of any importance?

Firstly, the index and daily pages werent replaced, nor did my new comics come up. The old pages arent even in my workspace folders anymore, yet they still show up on the internet.

Also, my new 'about the comic' page has uploaded, but one of the tags (***last_day***) has just disappeared. It's there on the page on my hard drive, but not even a trace of it on the page that gets uploaded. Have any of the tags been changed since the changeover to comicgenesis?

Finally, my storyline dropdown box is showing different lists on different pages. It updated correctly on the new 'about' page, but the old index page still shows up the old version.

I've read the guides and im pretty sure i've uploaded everything correctly (using smartftp). I know this is a pretty ambiguous problem, and that i've probably messed up somewhere, but i'd appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction of how to fix it...
