You gotta wonder, with powers like that, doesn't that make Sabrina and her witch and warlock kin more godlings than magic users? "Here, let me yank out a thread of the universe, because I'm new at this." Which makes me wonder why there isn't more conflict amongst various witches, seeing as there's h...

I found the religion with Bobunk as a holiday. Now I'm wondering how you stumbled across it.

Perhaps we've been mislead as to what they are "fun" for. I think the "fun-sized" Snickers probably make great slingshot ammo.

I always thought those were "mini-bars"...

We used them to store our drinks in Vietnam.

What is an honor bar? "Raiding his honor bar" sounds vaguely sketchy.

Seeing as Keenspace is rejecting it like a baboon heart, maybe it should get a forum in Talkaboutcomics or similar.

Although I thought Tiajuana was very Grim Fandango, too. Is it a coastal city? Does anyone know?

I don't know...some whipped cream, some raisins, and grape Kool-Aid sound like the beginning of an interesting dessert.

Could be worse, though -- in France, I accidentally ordered rabbit when I thought I was getting fish. Mostly because I speak no French whatsoever.

It's not that bad, although being in Japan can really suck if you don't have an English-speaking friend around to talk to and feel sort of at home. Back in middle school, my friend from down the street had a baseball cap with the logo of the band "Foreigner" on it. He said it was his Miami cap (fore...

Well, those are a North American addition. The original preachy endings in Japan were about safe sex.

No, they weren't. I'm lying. But I could have created a new cult interest in Sailor Moon, had I wanted to.

Ah, the days of fear, when the dodo flocks would swoop down to skeletonize entire villages...that was before the Grand Army was formed to end the dodo menace for once and for all. I think Australians are paying less for the Internet than I am. It makes me want to move to Australia, except that I kin...

There were attack poodles in The Secret of Monkey Island. Guybrush puts them to sleep with flower-rubbed steak.

Checking Webster's, it looks like both dogs and bitches are "dogs," as in canids, but when talking to the Kennel Club about any individual, it is a dog or a bitch, depending on gender. Muffy the Alpha Poodle sounds like an alternative band. I think I'd rather listen to French Poodle Bitches, if only...

If a canine isn't male, it isn't a dog; it's a bitch. Ask any breeder.

So yes, it does seem that the stereotype is for French Poodle Bitches to be wandering the streets.

Man, French Poodle Bitches would be a great name for a band.

My belief is that when someone refuses to tell you what they're doing, they're probably doing something pretty mundane but personal, so the best way to get it out of them is to presume that they've done something outlandish, like had to get out of a relationship via grenade launcher, or fighting cri...

Sacs

GB Shaw did wonders with the nuciform sac -- it was a running gag in the Doctor's Dilemma. It may not exist, but it does pre-date the flashback.

Tragic heroine! Tragic heroine!

Wow, that's a writing task for you right there -- how do you develop and emphasize a character whose actions are chosen by others?

Spleens

I thought the spleen did something with sugar, but now that I think about it, that's the pancreas.

You need a spleen to filter out old blood cells.

See, you don't want to swallow a stack of twenties all at once. One at a time, in little rolled up straws, would probably work better.
