Searching for a comic...

I'm wondering if one of you can help me with this. I'm trying to find a comic I read a couple days ago but unfortunately didn't get the URL for. I don't know the comic's name either. What I do know is this: the main character is a "User" of magic and is afraid of being found out. He encounters a you...

Same here, dude.

Take care... I've lost three grandparents... I know what this is like. :(

We're here for you, Jason. We're here for you.

Basically that there's so much pent up sexual frustration between the Dude and Chris that when they have sex, it'll release all that energy and allow people to build henges with that energy. There's a previous comic about it. A couple months back I think.

Perfectly logical, my friend. Considering that a story can take a month and be but a day in RL time, sometimes you get behind. And it's silly to think that something might end up with Chris and the Hero being romantically involved and then just skip a month ahead without seeing what else was going o...

Darth Bastard?

BTW, I hadn't seen any notice that you were updating on the weekend again. Thought you were going to double-up Mega-updates instead. :D

I'll have to mention it in a Monday Secant. (How do you like those little asides anyway?)

Take care, and keep up the delightfully evil work. :D

My apologies if you thought I was criticizing. It was not intended as such.

To be honest, I know of artists who give up on their comics because they cannot do a decent plot. I know of artists who looked for a writer because they felt that they should focus more on the art and let a good writer deal with the story itself. Heck, Cool Cat Studios had the cartoonist, Gisèle Lag...

*gets out his walking stick* I remember when we used to create comics for the joy of creation, and knowing we might have a dozen people reading! And Keenspace would crash every week or so, and we didn't have STrRedWolf or Kisai or the others around to fix things and we had to bug Gav himself instead...

So. Any suggestions or comments? I'm surprised that no one is leaping at the chance to draw a Bill Gates clone shaved like a circus poodle. :D Though that doesn't happen for a little bit in the story... ;) (and yes, I've seen it. The story has a set beginning, middle, and end.)

And how on earth does this mean that Jason should be wearing them?
Because his coterie of fangirls should be wearing pleather pants and tops. *shiftyeyes* :D

Pleather. It looks just as cool but is far less uncomfortable. ;)

It's fun being this evil. :D So... I take it you're hoping Tom Cruise will find out about your parodying him, he'll put up a huge fuss, your hits will go through the roof, and you'll get rich because Tom Cruise is the biggest twit around? :D Or you just dislike Tom Cruise that much. ;) (The Kittens ...

From Steve (aka Blacknarwhal): "There is no script. Frankly, I'm staying relatively hands off on this because I draw like a cat with a pen in its mouth. You know more about visual art than I do. I don't play in your pond, and you don't fuck around in mine. There are some specific descriptions that I...

List of space-based Sci-Fi comics wanted...

I've been busy on a non-comic forum (the SciFi Channel's Battlestar Galactica forum) occasionally trying to drum up new readership (people who probably haven't read webcomics before). And I've managed one or two people to visit my review site. However, what I'd like is something that would attract t...

*laughter* After having seen the first attempt that Steve did at drawing a comic... no, he's not better off drawing it himself.

And me... I've not enough time to do it. Not with college and review writing.

Artist wanted for scifi (cyberpunkish) webcomic

Heyla gang. My friend Steve Anderson (of Reel Advice fame) has been pestering me to ask around and see if anyone would be interested in drawing a webcomic for a science fiction story he's written. The basic story is about some bounty hunters (one of whom is a human/canine cross) in an anti-grav yach...
