Hopefully pretty cool. I think my artwork is improving rapidly, and by the time I get to him (which isn't too much longer) I'm hoping to have picked up some new tricks. I've always liked the 1/2half ninja mask look, so I'm looking forward to drawing him.

sorry it took so long to post, but I couldn't log in. Honestly, I think the big difference betewen mine and B&G is that David went for a simplistic look that didn't really do much justice. The fact is, his lines were sharper than mine, but his characters ultimately worse because of the style. If I w...

Honestly, I never considered Black Mage an inspiration for CG. The "I hate my teammate" mentality which shows up in many of my characters (primarily Lance and Bill) is much older than Black Mage, and I think it's the main reason that people think of CG as a BM rip off. That or the fact that he's ang...

Survey: The meaning of CG

No rewards or anything, but I'm just kind of interested to know.

What do you guys think CG stands for?

Mario Party 6 Drinking Game

The cast of KotOC supports responsible drinking. ALways make sure that nobody plans to be driving anywhere that night and to allow players to bow out gracefully when they think they've had enough. Challenging characters who's player has passed out is poor sportsmanship, but challenging characters wh...

Heh, welcome Silensho.

Yeah, well, it's rocky, but with my new job, I'm getting better opportunities to update, and who knows, I might just keep the thing going, if I can get a system working.

And an amazing comic it is. I really like it. You're the only one who's submitted one, so assuming that nobody else does in the next.... seven hours, yours will go up tomorrow and Pete the Ninja will return!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone! Sorry about the slow KotOC as of late, but due to a recent change in policy I can no longer make the comic at work, and things have been hectic at home with moving and christmas. I think I can work out a new system that should have it back up, three times a week again at th...

No problem, but if people don't get some more entries in than this contest may become void. I need TWO winners and so far you're the only one who's submitted ANYTHING. THere's been a lot of talk, but nobody's actually submitting.

Come on guys, at this rate it's an easy win.

You are allowed to enter as many times as you want. However, in the event that nobody enters the guest comic contest and second place wins the prize, you will not be elligible to win both cameo slots. That would just be wierd.

Cameo Contest #1: Song Entries

I decided to keep things clean and have a seperate location for the actual entries, and here it is. So respond here, or if you can't log into the forum, email me it, and I'll put it up for you. Speaking of which, here is the first entry. (Note: Please don't ask questions on this location. Just songs...

Uh, it doesn't have to be about the main characters, it just has to be about some element of KotOC.

Yes, and by Christmas carol I mean it's got to be based off a real song that's really about Christmas. ANY song about Christmas counts, but I'm going to insist that it's at least that much.

You can use any number of panels you want. You can use any type of font/size you want, but if I can't read it, it'll loose points. Try to keep the file size down as much as possible for storage reasons. And yes, the comic has to be some how connected to KotOC. It can be about the villians, the heroe...

Cameo Contest #2: Guest Strip contest

That's right, I'm a glutton for punishment, so I'm gonna try again to see if I can get some actual guest comics. So, here's the run down. Email your comic or a link to your comic to Author_Pendragon@hotmail.com (that's me) Comics may be drawn in any medium. I'll try to get a copy of my custom sprite...

Cameo Contest #1: Kotoc Kristmas Karols

For my first year I did a (rather botched, due to internet problems) rendition of the 12 days of Christmas, KotOC style. Our first Cameo Contest will be to create your own KotOC Christmas Carol. Here are the rules 1: Must be based off of a real Christmas Carol/song (any will do, doesn't matter how r...

KotOC the movie!

Obviously I have no plans for a KotOC movie right now, although I have been looking at screen writers. But as a fun little discussion, I thought I'd see who some of you would cast as the various heroes, villians, and extras. Only one rule, Orlando Bloom can't play Link!
