That's what I've been talking about! The dreamworld - another reality! And the question of wether the "real" world - our world - is a dream or not... It all fits nicely togeather! Yieeeha!

OK, new theory: Iris was a human youth from the beginning, who stumbled upon (or was contacted by) Esurio. Esurio might be Jimbo's version of my own "dream-universe"'s Dream Lord, the Supreme Dreamer, or he may simply be a VERY powerful Dreambeing... She makes a wish: To become a dreambeing herself!...

You may be right, though... She might be trying to set down roots (with a little help from the Daydreamer Colby) into this reality... Her "reality", the Dreamscape, has very different rules and so on, so she's just doing stuff that's natural to her...

Well, I HOPE that it doesn't include having sex with toons, or getting killed by toons, OR, for that matter, getting sucked inside a pencil...

might be, might be... Perhaps, Iris was once a Dreamer who has become a Dreambeing... And is now trying to find herself back into reality...

And when it comes to Esurio... I still think he's some kind of embodiment of what children believe is the grown-up world...

Maybe 'trees' (I mean the IDEA of 'trees, not actually trees, hope all you amateur philosphers out there understand me) has something to do with Iris' past as a Dreambeing. She has converted herself into a corporeal form, lost all her memories, but still ...

When you begin to grow up, and becomes old enough to understand that there is no turning back, many children force themselves into playing childish games, not really ready to let go. *just playing around with my theory* Currently: Iris is a Dreambeing. Colby is a Daydreamer (the most powerful creature ever to exist - it dreams while being awake). Esurio is indeed serious (but he lacks an S!) and he is, too, a Dreambeing. In fact, maybe he was the keeper of Iris before she escape...
