Hopefully, once I get my finances in order as well, I'll be ordering the SuperCDs I missed out on, as well as the book.

I got my 12 year old cousin hooked on TotQ, so he wants them. Joy of joys, another fan, but more money from my negative account...

Power is power. It is inately powerful; not good nor evil. The explosive mixture of charcoal, saltpeter, and sulfur has many uses. Some can be used for good. Some for evil. The black powder itself is neither good nor evil. A sword is not good or evil, it is the swordsman and how it is used that dete...

People think they can abuse Asimov... all they want. I, Robot is a series of short novels about hatred, ignorance, and bigotry... towards robots, who were generally innocent.

The more I hear about the Rac'Coonan society and civilization, the closer it appears to my personal idea of utopia... which I tried to outline in Final Fantasy Dreams, an RPG I came up with... *sigh* I swear, I must be a conservative at heart. Too bad that I disagree with Ralph on alot of social iss...

"There is no such thing as an unarmed Raconan" rings about as true as the statement "there was no such thing as an unarmed medieval peasant". The latter statement is technically true. Few peasants didn't have knives, and farmers had all sorts of implements that could be (and often were when they we...

Authors who put politics into their work generally lead me to assume that they want to be taken seriously, and they want their stories to be on some level advertising for their beliefs. That is all fine and well, but when authors do that, I tend to demand that they show a greater depth and maturity...

Actually, I failed to complete that post because I was heading out the door for work. *shrug* Looks like someone else took care of it for me. Oh, I disagree with Ralph with a passion on most issues. I think he's wrong, stupid, ignorant, assholic, and all that. ...er, strike ignorant and stupid. He's shown to be more knowledgable on subjects than I have. ^_^; But his art? His ability to weave a story and show it in art... is very well done...

*snip* So, because it is not useful to society, we should prohibit homosexuality? If you use that arguement, there goes the arts! No more TOTQ, because that's not useful to society! Mona Lisa? Just a distraction from work, burn it! Never mind that even if the majority of the world population is pra...

OK, I'll bite, why do you want to limit the influence of christianity? Because it is starting to look like some laws are being passed to enforce Christian views on ethics with the reasoning of 'its in the Bible'. Now, because we are a Western nation, and Western nations are ultimatly Christian nati...
