LOL that reminds me... my housemate and I once sat and put 'num' into songs... like 'How sweet it is to be nummed by you' and 'All you need is num'.

That gives me a wicked idea... :D

It's nice to be back. :) I'll endeavour to keep it up to date, but I notice Meekerz has suffered a similar fate... :(

Okay, Keenspace is still exploded, so I offer the following: There are presently TWO comics waiting in the buffer, one for tomorrow and one for next Monday. I don't know if they will do the usual page refresh tonight and show the new comic... if so, hurrah, if not, it's almost beyond my control, and...

Right, the comic is done, it's been scanned (the old scanner drivers on the CD refused to work under Win2k, Mustek's stupid FTP server keeps giving up when trying to download the Win2k drivers, so I had to sign up for some godforsaken driver site just to get the scanner working properly) and... I ca...

Well, real life intruded, big time.

A job with long, awkward hours; a new flat with the gf; a car crash; lots of things completely deprived me of my time.

In fact, these next few comics are things I drew at work. It's very time-consuming keeping this sorta thing up, ya know.

I would send it to the satellite minidish-faced one's fan club but I don't think she'd approve, and murder (on the dancefloor) me. Oh the hilarity. In other news I'm drawing cartoons at work so expect more soon, although the Shore Leave story passed into a stasis bubble on its approach to the space ...

Where's the comic?

It's sitting right here. My scanner doesn't want to be friends with my new computer. I'm making the computer do the 'Tell Joke' and 'Give Present' actions on the scanner a lot tho and so when their relationship level reaches 100 I'll try to scan it then :p

The reason I didn't use anyone's real name is firstly I didn't ask first... and secondly I was hoping regular readers (and the people in question) would see the amusing parodies on their names and smile wryly in the delight at having just got one of the inside jokes I cussed up in the following pane...

Embrace Isolationism!

Yes. Unfortunately, the housemate whose name the phone number was in has had all three phone lines in the house disconnected instead of just two... leaving me without the internet. I am sitting, unwashed and miserable, in a uni computer lab now writing this. So, unless I find some sneaky way of uplo...

50 COMICS!

You should see how big a stack they make!

I've now surpassed my old X-COM comic for sheer number of comics drawn. W00t!

I deserve a drink or twelve.

Math DOES suck!

I failed grade 10 math, and my teacher was head of the math department! I took it again, in grade 11. My teacher was a gym teacher who spent half the time sending us out for coffee from the Second Cup across the street, and my 'neighbours' were a blondie French Canadian bitch, and a Dukes of Hazzard...

I'm not actually WELSH, but... well, actually, Human Traffic was filmed in loads of places I frequent, and bits of it filmed like a block from where I live! I haven't seen it though, I have to, as my gf knows people who were standing the background and stuff. Good old Cardiff. I have seen Twin Town,...

I tried for half an hour to either edit my original post or post a reply because I immediately realized what you meant.

KEENSPACE, sucking ass, refused to let me. I'm not stupid or anything, really.

I'm not entirely sure I understand you, UWC... I've been on the net since I was... 15? That means 7 years. 7 YEARS! FUCK! That's like... too long. Heh, I remember my first modem, a huge, deafening Hayes external 14.4 with the flashy lights and everything! Back in those days, children, webpages were ...

Hmmh, reason I'm considering the change is the characters, while amusing, aren't exactly that memorable, they're not doing memorable things, people don't speculate about them like they do the characters in Annie, Meekerz, EN, etc... they're just talking heads. They might as well be the two guys in D...

A new, proper, ongoing story!

Yes kids, that's right. In the absence of proper inspiration and the fact that digs at gamers and comics and such are wearing a bit thin, I've instead decided to comic-ize one of my old short stories. As way of feeding my ego and discovering how many people actually care enough to check the forums, ...

Hello Chris! Don't puke on anything.

It's true, back in the bad old days, the old EN board helped me refine my mishmash of crappy ideas down into the mishmash of crap that is Space Wagon.

Whatever happened to that super-secret message you had for me, Chris?

Watch what you eat, kids

Or you'll get food poisoning. It ruined my weekend. I spent all of Friday night, and most of Saturday horribly, horribly ill. I expelled fluid from the two orifices connected to my stomach until I was COMPLETELY EMPTY. You know what that's like? All I could consume was a home-made rehydration mixtur...
