Re: What can't you do?

Drawingwise, I have an awful lot of trouble drawing people just standing regularly. Like if it's just a person standing there, I have an issue. it's like I want the hands to be doing someething, I need the arms to be doing something, I can't just let them hang there without feeling strange about it...

Re: The Ultimate Nerdery

Even though I beat Super Scribblenauts in three days I still keep going back to it, mining it to find as many wacky words as I can! They even have the word Technomancer! Um um I do this exact same thing, but with the Ace Attorney games, which is odd considering those are RPG-Puzzle mixed games. You...

Loud Era Soundtrack?

See now what VCC needs to do is use Rihanna's album and claim that it's your new original soundtrack for your comic, and that all the songs are related your characters. Somehow Rihanna just knew.

And besides, all the cool kids are doing it.

The Ultimate Nerdery

I've come to realize that I've reached a new low of geekery-nerdom this past week. Not only have I recently fallen in love with the infamous Yugioh franchise (never saw that one coming), but in the past week I and a few friends figured out all the mechanics for this series so it could fully function...

Re: Reader comments.

Kinda throwing back to what Aerones mentioned, how does everyone feel the reader/friend's comment of "Oh you should put me in your comic!" Perhaps I am too touchy, but I've grown to really hate it. I'm an artist before a writer, so working on plot/script/etc. is always difficult for me, so when I st...

Re: Reader comments.

I regularly watch House and I don't even find why "it's not lupus" is so funny. It's mentioned maybe 3 times in the entire show, and as far as I can remember it's not a quote. :shifty:

Re: Reader comments.

I don't really find reader comments to ever be particularly insightful or helpful, but more encouraging, and I'm definitely more motivated to work on the next strip whenever I receive a comment. They always make my week. All my readers tell me is that they think that one of my leads looks like Rukia...

Re: Best kind of Zombie stories?

If you wanna see the pinnacle of that, see City of Rot. XD While it's impressive that one guy did entire feature film, it's basically an hour of completely repetitive scenes of a guy killing zombies, without even a bit of change. If there was ever any plot in it, I certainly didn't remember it, all...

Re: Cash

I guess for zee money makings, I can definitely recommend Project Wonderful if you're willing to put ads on your site, and ka-blam.com is great for printing comics. I've gotten books in a timely manner, the staff has been pleasant, and it's the cheapest place I've found to print so far. (Psssssst, M...

Re: Have you ever had any money stolen from you?

How am I not surprised that both gypsies and Venice are the source of financial woes. Also, having money stolen from you by such a small child is kinda scary, not gonna lie. Good thing he didn't ruin your date!
