I grew up with Marvel (Spider-man, Iron Man, and Daredevil) but have also enjoyed some DC (Mike Grell's Green Arrow comes to mind). I would tilt toward Marvel but I'm really whizzed at them since they keep destroying everything and then fixing it with some magic or some other cheap gag.
