I have to vote for the Ninja Turtles for both being unbelievably inane, and for assuming drugs are a pressing problem in elementary school hallways. The Ghostbusters one is a close second for having the kid who says no look higher than anyone I've ever seen.

I would definitely agree with Wangy that drug users get it pretty bad, to the point that the way that the system handles it creates criminals (Who else here has felt the urge to try smoking pot after a particularly insulting or outrageous PSA?).

Some of these could be really useful. The power to make subtitles appear across your chest as you speak. This could actually be pretty useful if the subtitles were in other languages. The power to switch animal sounds with industrial noises. Releasing a canary that sounds like a jackhammer in an off...
