thanks pals. yea im just afraid of getting sued. i think keeping it clean makes it a little smarter. its so easy to make it dirty to make it a joke so i figure this way makes it harder.

I'm with komi on this one; I think you're being a bit preemptive about the entire situation. No one is going to steal your comic. This isn't even something you really have to be concerned about until your comic has a massive readership and you're one of the cases that's actually making money/a livi...

You don't need to do anything. Copyright is inherent in any tangible, published work. Putting your comics online counts as publishing. In the US (and only in the US) you can register your work with the Copyright Office, but that's a complete waste of time and money unless you expect to get into a l...

so instead of copyrighting a character on a paper i would be better off copyrighting them off my comic?
i intend to make a game withthem as well is that going to fall into the same category? should i copyright the game on its own and not worry about the characters?

i know this question has been asked before. im looking to copyrgiht my characters and ive seen the copyright web site. but in a nutshell could anyone explain how it wokrs? like do i send in a booklet with my characters in it? or a written backround for each. just bassically what did you guys do?

Where are you transferring the files to? Do you have both templates in the workspace folder? Do they have the right names? Do you have an index.html file in the workspace folder? Just saying "it doesnt work" makes it hard for us to help you... sorry let me see im sending the files to yoyoboy.comicg...

thank you its working now. but now it wont update for some reason. it says i have to login and i put the right password in but it wont work. then i refresh the page and it logs in. i dont know what the problem is

sorry it took so long to reply. the ftp client is basically the login at the front page right? im still having some trouble with that. i changed my passowrd but its not working.

well i used the instructions on the site and the problem seems to be fixed. except im trying to reupload the page but it doesnt show up. should i change the date on the comic a day ahead and re upload it

skipping pages
hey my comic skips like 3 pages. there are a few comics go to the first and keep clicking next.then click back to see the ones it skippd i think at the seventh one .it skips like 3 of them. can any one tell me whats wrong?
